Returns
Fitz and Floyd wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and will accept returns of unused merchandise purchased at FitzAndFloyd.com up to 60 days after the date of receipt. Refunds will be given in the amount of the total purchase price, including applicable sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed, desired or if the wrong product was ordered. We will only refund shipping and return postage charges if the return is a result of our error.
Upon receipt of your purchase please inspect your product for any breakage or damage. If your item arrived damaged or defective please contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery to discuss a resolution. All damage returns must be accompanied by an official Fitz and Floyd original order number.
All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase.
All merchandise for our brands must be returned new and unused in its original packaging. We recommend that you choose a shipping service that provides tracking information, to ensure the proper credit to your account.
All Fitz and Floyd products are distinctly designed and hand-painted by skilled artisans; there will be slight stroke variations and details may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Damaged or Broken?
Upon receipt of your purchase please inspect your product for any breakage or damage. If an item(s) is received damaged or defective, please visit the following link to submit your request for replacements: replacements.lifetimebrands.com/fitzfloyd.
Or you can follow the steps below:
- Send us an email at this address: service@fitzandfloyd.com
- Copy the following as the Subject Line: “Damaged in Shipping: Order# FZF123456” … Please use the Order # located on your packing slip.
- Determine the number of items that are damaged and follow the appropriate steps outlined here:
- 1 or 2 damaged items - Include the item number, item description and damaged quantity in the body of the email. If we need any additional information we will reach out to you directly via email.
- 3 or more damaged items - Include the item number, item description and damaged quantity in the body of the email. Additionally we will require that you attach a group photo that shows all of the damaged items together. Only upon receipt of the photo will we review the information and contact you via email with any further actions or the proposed solution.
Please allow 4-6 weeks to process your return.
